Alexandra arrived at 3:52 am on Sunday March 14 -- and weighed a svelte 5 lbs 14 oz. Mom only screamed twice, Dr. Bastedo made a nice catch, and Dad snipped the umbilical (and did not faint). You can see her pictures here.
She spent her first week in Huntsville and arrived safe and sound in Ottawa when she was a week old. For the last couple of days she's been getting used to barking quincy-dogs and meeting family (Grandparents on Dad's side).
Her cord dropped off on Wednesday -- so she has a belly-button now, but we're not sure if it's an 'innie' or an 'outie'.
